Top SchoolAugusto Pedraza is a pragmatic engineering leader with 13+ years delivering production web systems, now serving as VP of Engineering (contractor) and building Elixir-based apps that integrate and automate workflows. He moved from a strong Ruby on Rails background into senior Elixir work at SnapCall.me and IFC Roofing, combining hands-on development with system architecture and team coaching. Augusto has led projects across e‑commerce, SaaS, and automation, frequently shipping with TDD, CI/CD, and pragmatic tooling like Redis/Sidekiq and RSpec. He brings startup grit—founding two ventures and shipping product features end-to-end—alongside enterprise experience across .NET, C#, and PL/SQL. Based in Jujuy, Argentina, he pairs a love for board games with engineering, often drawing on strategic thinking from gaming to design resilient systems. Colleagues know him for turning messy integration problems into smooth workflows and for championing readable, testable code.
