Top SchoolAurélie Marcuzzo is a solutions architect based in London with three years’ experience helping customers adopt and scale Kafka-centric platforms. At Conduktor she manages the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales to long-term production success, leading architecture sessions on Kubernetes, networking, containerization and security while feeding product roadmap decisions with analysed feature requests. She combines hands-on troubleshooting and demo environment builds with documentation, Zendesk optimisation and team mentoring to accelerate deployments and reduce time-to-value. Previously trained as an engineer with a business intelligence master, she pairs technical depth in streaming systems and BI tooling with a customer-first mindset.
