Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAurora Villafranca is a bilingual marketing account manager and network engineer with 15+ years of cross-functional experience blending creative services, print production, and IT systems support. She excels at steering complex marketing operations—revamping workflows, migrating teams to Asana/monday.com/Basecamp, and producing large-scale print and digital campaigns—while also handling hands-on network administration, server and AD management, and remote help-desk support. Known for rebuilding processes under pressure, she has led high-visibility printer refreshes across regions, recovered substantial past-due receivables, and trained teams to adopt project tools rapidly. Based in Houston, she pairs meticulous production oversight with technical troubleshooting across Windows and cloud environments, making her equally comfortable negotiating vendor proofing as configuring Sophos firewalls. Colleagues describe her as a stakeholder-savvy communicator who transforms fragmented workflows into measurable, efficient systems.
