Senior🎓
Top SchoolAustin Arlint is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building full-stack and DevSecOps solutions, currently focused on cloud-native platforms and zero trust architecture. He designs developer-centric tooling—most notably Backstage plugins that enable ephemeral Kubernetes environments, automated validations, and AI-powered developer utilities—while also crafting scalable APIs and intuitive frontends. His background spans enterprise automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes CRDs, with hands-on experience at companies from NTT to Raft and a current role at SHE BASH LLC. Based in Missoula, Montana, he combines systems-level security thinking with pragmatic developer experience improvements, and often turns routine operational pain points into reusable platform features. An unexpected strength is his history in traditional datacenter automation and systems administration, which gives him a rare perspective when modernizing legacy workflows into cloud-native patterns.
