Senior🎓
Top SchoolAustin Flores is a fullstack engineer with 15 years of experience building and modernizing web applications and delivery practices across startups and scale-ups from Paris. He blends deep hands-on expertise in Ruby, Python and JavaScript with operational know-how—designing APIs and search systems, running ElasticSearch and Redis, and deploying on AWS/Heroku. As a frequent freelance architect and technical lead, he has repeatedly reduced build times, rearchitected pipelines, and migrated legacy stacks to Rails/Django while introducing CI/CD and agile rituals. Comfortable from server provisioning to React front-ends, he also mentors teams through SCRUM/Kanban transformations and continuous delivery adoption. A pragmatic problem-solver, he often surfaces non-obvious wins such as shifting search off the DB to Algolia or cutting admin load times by 75%, demonstrating an eye for performance and developer productivity.
