Austin Grice
Summary
👤
SeniorAustin Grice is a results-driven technology sales leader with nine years at IBM, currently stewarding a cross-functional team covering major DC and Maryland clients including Johns Hopkins, T. Rowe Price, and WMATA. He blends technical depth—having architected Kubernetes-based blockchain and IBM Z solutions—with a consultative, servant-leadership style that has driven consistent net-new revenue growth and large transactional wins. Known for translating complex platforms (AI, hybrid cloud, FinOps, mainframe modernization) into pragmatic client outcomes, he has led workshops and hands-on labs for thousands and co-authored a widely downloaded implementation guide. Austin’s background in web development and project management informs his ability to align engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders. He’s equally comfortable presenting to C-level audiences or standing at the command line, and he brings a curious, education-first approach to scaling strategic accounts.
