Senior🎓
Top SchoolAustin Herman is a Web Development Manager with 9 years of experience building reliable, scalable frontend platforms and integration layers across multi‑property web systems. At Ultimate Medical Academy he leads a shared component library and CI/CD practices that streamline releases for 7+ properties while partnering with marketing, analytics, and operations to ensure clean data flows and accurate attribution. Systems‑minded and performance-focused, he moved teams from monolithic WordPress to headless architectures and balances hands‑on engineering with light people leadership. He brings a rare blend of creative writing background and technical depth—pursuing Rust projects that explore physics modeling and decentralized data ownership—so he cares as much about clarity and user control as about engineering rigor.
