Top SchoolAustin Seto is a technical support engineer and aspiring developer with nine years of experience blending backend development, technical writing, and client-facing support across IBM and public-sector roles. A University of Toronto double major in Computer Science and Astrophysics, he has shipped Java and Node.js solutions, contributed sample Open Liberty guides and CI migrations, and debugged Java JIT compiler crashes in production support. He pairs practical tooling—dashboards with Elasticsearch/Kibana and internal scheduling systems—with hands-on debugging and requirement gathering to improve team workflows and client outcomes. Outside of work he designs and runs TTRPG campaigns and builds virtual tabletop setups, a hobby that informs his interest in game design and narrative-driven software.
