🤩
RockstarAvani Bhatt is a Principal Technical Writer at Red Hat with a decade of experience crafting technical documentation and e-learning for complex enterprise domains, including storage, backup and recovery, PLM, and ERP. She combines hands-on XML/DITA authoring and content management expertise with end-to-end documentation project management—planning, estimation, localization, and publishing—in Agile engineering environments. Comfortable across Linux and virtualization platforms, she partners closely with product management, engineering, and QA to translate low-level concepts like cache hierarchy and instruction sets into clear user-facing content. Skilled in a wide toolset from Vasont and IBM Workbench to Adobe Captivate and JIRA, she streamlines documentation workflows and learning assets for global audiences. Based in the UK and DEFL-certified in French, she brings both linguistic versatility and technical rigor to documentation challenges.
