Top SchoolAvinash Kumar is a Technical Lead and Backend Architect based in Bengaluru with 10 years of experience building high-throughput distributed systems and infra for consumer-facing products. He has driven backend architecture and implementation end-to-end, notably engineering the AREA69 WireGuard-based VPN and scaling a browser product from zero to 1.7M users with 100k DAU. Avinash excels at performance optimization and operational automation—managing 250k daily VPN requests, 50TB daily egress, and reducing connection latency for the vast majority of users. Now leading iPaaS development at DataNimbus, he blends founding-team grit with production-grade architecture and observability practices. Beyond code, he brings a pragmatic systems mindset and a curious, human-centered perspective (aptly summarized on GitHub as “A Human on Planet EARTH”) that helps translate complex distributed problems into reliable, maintainable platforms.
