Top SchoolAviv Elkayam is a mobile engineering leader with 11 years of experience delivering user-centered iOS and Android apps, currently serving as Mobile Lead at NavanGo. He has driven full mobile lifecycles at scale—from payments and geo-based features at Culture Trip to founding and single-handedly building Klay’s working beta across mobile, admin ReactJS, and a Python/FASTAPI backend. Aviv blends strong UX sensibilities with disciplined engineering practices (VIPER/MVVM, DI, CI, testing) and hands-on mentoring and hiring experience across distributed teams. Based in Israel, he repeatedly moves between startup grit and product-driven roles, demonstrating an uncommon mix of end-to-end product delivery and technical leadership.
