Top SchoolAyfer Ergun is an experienced filmmaker and civic consultant based in Amsterdam, blending over 25 years of international directing and producing with nine years of public-sector project work at Gemeente Amsterdam. She has created festival-recognized films and educational media for broadcasters like Al Jazeera and multiple Dutch networks, while building a global network that supports cross-cultural storytelling. Equally at home running independent productions and coordinating social projects for organizations such as Amnesty International, she brings strong organizational skills, empathy, and a talent for connecting hearts and heads. Ayfer also teaches storytelling by film at the higher-education level, reflecting a commitment to mentoring the next generation of creators. Her uncommon combination of artistic vision and municipal reintegration consultancy enables her to translate human-centered narratives into practical community impact.
