Top SchoolAyush Jain is an Optimization Engineer with 8 years of experience applying operations research and prescriptive analytics to supply chain and logistics problems. He holds an MS in Systems Engineering (Operations Research) and has built production-ready optimization tools—network flow/location models, MIP-based pickup schedulers, and discrete-event yard simulations—using Python, Gurobi, SimPy and Flask. At Darigold he delivered the co-op’s largest plant location analysis and cut tanker requirements by up to 14% through scheduling improvements; he now applies similar scale to problems at Meta. Comfortable pushing analytical boundaries inside traditional organizations, he combines rigorous probabilistic and optimization coursework with pragmatic engineering to keep models compatible with legacy systems. Ayush is a self-starter who iterates quickly with an agile mindset, prioritizes stakeholder engagement, and is open to pro bono collaborations. Based in Seattle, he’s passionate about modeling physical systems to find high-value, implementable solutions.
