Summary
👤
SeniorAyush Poddar is a Senior Software Engineer and Site Reliability specialist with nine years of hands-on experience building and operating petabyte-scale data pipelines at LinkedIn. He brings deep expertise in Hadoop ecosystem tools—Hive, Spark, Apache Beam—and cloud data technologies from his time as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Google. Ayush has a pragmatic full-stack background from internships and teaching roles, having migrated databases, optimized query performance, and built APIs and product features end-to-end. He excels at translating complex distributed systems requirements into reliable, performant workflows that run hourly at massive scale. Based in New Delhi, he blends strong academic fundamentals (BTech in Computer Science) with practical mentoring experience, frequently helping others level up in algorithms and web development. A curious tinkerer—his GitHub bio wryly calls him a "Newbie"—he stays hungry to learn new tools and push production systems further.
