Top SchoolBailey Latimer is a Senior UX/UI Designer and front-end engineer based in Los Angeles with 8 years crafting high-converting Shopify Plus experiences for consumer brands. She blends design systems, React-driven components, and strategic branding to deliver scalable storefronts—having shipped 60+ Shopify Plus sites and single-handedly built storefronts with advanced features like variant-aware media galleries and metaobject comparison tools. Her background spans agency and startup leadership, from directing multiplatform brand refreshes at Callaway Golf to building bespoke Shopify apps for artists while driving measurable e-commerce gains (notably a 410% AOV increase on an early project). Comfortable managing engineering workflows and mentoring teams, she also integrates AI into campaigns and lifecycle email programs to accelerate creative production. Pragmatic and product-focused, Bailey pairs technical craftsmanship with marketing instincts rooted in a computer science and marketing education.
