RockstarBalu George is a Staff Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and automating cloud-native and on-prem infrastructure, currently based in Bengaluru. He has led end-to-end deployments and IaC efforts (Terraform, Helm), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins), and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) across products at Kong, Amagi and Nutanix. His background spans from building automated OpenShift and EKS platforms to creating event-driven data pipelines and reducing build times and operational toil through automation and security improvements. He has driven ISO 27001 readiness and delivered high-availability systems including Kafka, ELK, and multi-node databases, consistently handling escalations and mentoring teams.
