Senior🎓
Top SchoolBalys Krikščiūnas is a cloud infrastructure consultant with 11 years of engineering and leadership experience, currently advising enterprises at Google on cloud migrations and operational excellence. Previously he scaled Hostinger from engineering lead to CEO/CTO roles, driving product restructuring, 3x MRR growth and expanding the team from 300+ to 700+ while keeping voluntary churn low. He combines deep hands-on skills in large-scale infrastructure, big data (Hadoop, Cassandra, Spark), and automation with strategic product and security oversight across web hosting, VPS and cloud services. Balys has a background building resilient operations—implementing SLI/SLOs, golden signals, and PCI-hardened clusters—and a practical ML curiosity stemming from University of Washington coursework. Based in England, he blends operator instincts with board-level decision-making and a track record of turning stability and performance work into measurable business growth.
