Top SchoolBandy Strawn is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with over 16 years of hands-on software experience and a 25-year career footprint in enterprise engineering and publishing. He specializes in front-end architecture and platform-agnostic design systems, championing Web Components to standardize UI across Drupal, React, Angular and more while improving developer onboarding and scalability. Known for mentoring engineers at every level, he blends technical rigor with people-first leadership to drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Beyond consulting and product engineering, he founded Clarity House Press to apply systems thinking and evidence-based approaches to trauma-informed publishing—an unusual crossover that highlights his talent for translating technical process into real-world impact. Based in Wolfeboro, NH, he also maintains a long-standing open-source presence as the creator/maintainer of a widely used Drupal base theme.
