Top SchoolBaohua Cai is a hands-on engineering leader and Platform Squad Lead with 15 years in web development and over eight years managing cross-functional teams to deliver resilient social networking platforms. At The NetCircle he led major migrations and stack modernizations—upgrading React and Symfony, introducing Vitest and Playwright, and doubling deployment frequency while cutting lead time for changes by 40%. He combines technical depth (REST APIs, CI/CD, test automation, performance tuning) with people strategy, growing teams, hiring talent, and aligning outcomes to OKRs with measurable DORA metrics. Notably, he executed zero-major-incident migrations with 100% user transition and raised frontend unit coverage from 0% to 40% within months, materially reducing technical debt. Based in Shanghai, he thrives in multicultural, fast-iteration product environments and balances pragmatic engineering with automation-first quality practices.
