Senior🎓
Top SchoolBaptiste Roullin is a Senior UX Designer based in the Greater Lyon area with eight years of experience shaping complex digital products for public institutions and major corporations. He has led end-to-end projects—from field research and accessibility (RGAA) audits to design-system-friendly interfaces—for clients like Interpol, Safran Group, Vattenfall and the French Ministry of Ecology. Comfortable in consultancy environments, he blends cognitive science training with practical service-design and usability testing to turn ambiguous briefs into robust, user-centered solutions. Now at Devoteam Creative Tech after a senior stint at UX-Republic and long experience with Smile, he brings cross-disciplinary empathy and a knack for simplifying regulated, high-stakes workflows. An unusual strength is his background in cognitive science and philosophy, which informs rigorous research-driven interaction design rather than just visual polish.
