Senior🎓
Top SchoolBarrett L is a seasoned engineering leader and founding engineer with 14 years of hands-on experience building secure, reliable cloud platforms for fintech and healthcare at scale. He has led platform teams through IPO-grade compliance, multi-cloud migrations, and cost-optimization initiatives while instituting SRE practices, observability, and DevSecOps across globally distributed teams. Recently focused on agentic AI systems and cross-chain micropayments, he combines low-level infrastructure ownership—Terraform, AWS, GitHub Actions—with higher-level orchestration like LangGraph and protocol integrations. Known for pragmatic, security-first architectures and “programming money” sensibilities, he excels at turning complex regulatory and reliability requirements into auditable, production-ready systems. Based in Charleston, SC, Barrett pairs founder-level initiative with repeatable operational rigor, having eliminated overnight pages and driven measurable incident and cost reductions.
