Top SchoolBarry Fardar is an Information Technology Project Manager who blends hands-on front-end engineering with certified Scrum leadership to turn ambitious product concepts into delivered software. He has driven Agile execution for cross-functional teams—most notably coordinating 42 developers on an enterprise AI media platform and leading scientific software development integrating real-time hardware and PyTorch models. Comfortable in startup and agency settings, he co-founded a digital agency and an accessibility-focused VPN project, giving him both product intuition and real-world UX sensibilities. Barry’s strength is removing operational friction so engineers can focus on innovation, backed by practical experience with Next.js, React, Jira, and Confluence. Based in Toronto and currently completing postgraduate studies in IT Project Management, he pairs rapid delivery with a user-first mindset and an unusual track record of shipping AI-enabled and mission-driven web products. Colleagues value that he earns trust quickly by being able to jump into code, ceremonies, or stakeholder conversations as needed.
