Summary
👤
SeniorBart Burkhardt is an XR developer and full‑stack engineer with 12 years of experience building interactive 3D and web systems for cities, festivals, and infrastructure projects. He currently develops XR solutions for Gemeente Amsterdam and has a long freelance track record delivering Unity/C# applications, Vue.js frontends, and Azure serverless backends for projects like 3D Amsterdam, 3D Utrecht and the Psylân Festival. His background spans VR training for critical infrastructure, narrowcasting and embedded kiosk systems, and early work on media APIs and DRM—showing a rare blend of low‑level stability engineering and modern cloud-native web skills. Comfortable shipping end‑to‑end products, he pairs pragmatic backend architecture with polished interactive experiences and a knack for making complex spatial data accessible to non‑technical stakeholders.
