Top SchoolBart Van Der Hoek is a pragmatic software engineer with 15+ years of experience specializing in Google Cloud-native architecture, Go and TypeScript-driven platforms, and Terraform-powered infrastructure. He builds scalable, cost-efficient systems and currently focuses on agentic AI workflows—designing multi-agent pipelines with Mastra/Genkit and hybrid search via Weaviate to automate complex business logic. His recent work spans end-to-end product delivery from MID-certified meter ingestion and near-real-time financial payouts for EV charging to live evaluation systems that continuously improve agent performance. A longtime advocate for knowledge sharing and coaching, Bart pairs hands-on technical leadership with a sharp focus on business value versus implementation effort. Based in North Holland, he blends startup agility with enterprise-grade reliability, often bridging data, infra and product to turn regulatory and AI challenges into deployable solutions.
