Senior🎓
Top SchoolBartosz Jurczewski is a Senior .NET Developer with eight years of experience building backend systems, microservice architectures, and cloud-native solutions across Polish enterprises and startups. He co-founded Bambit, where he led an 8-person team, handled client negotiations, and translated business requirements into DDD-based .NET projects while managing Azure infrastructure and CI/CD. At KMD Poland and previous roles he designed federated search and microservice architectures, championed test-driven quality using MSTest/xUnit with AutoFixture, FluentAssertions and Moq, and automated pipelines with Azure DevOps and PowerShell. He combines deep SQL and EF Core expertise with practical tooling experience (Dapper, RepoDb, Docker, Grafana, Application Insights) and occasional front-end work in React. Bartosz’s background shows both hands-on coding and product-minded leadership—he’s comfortable moving between architecture, infra automation, and client-facing responsibilities. Based in Łódź, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset to enterprise-scale problems, often building bespoke CI and monitoring solutions rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf tooling.
