Top SchoolBasil Meer is a pragmatic engineering leader and managing partner with 10 years of experience building scalable full-stack applications and AI-driven integrations from Punjab, Pakistan. He combines hands-on development in Go, Ruby on Rails, React/Next.js and GraphQL with operational expertise running self-hosted infrastructure and PaaS tooling like Coolify and SigNoz for robust observability. Across roles he has modernized large healthcare systems for HIPAA compliance, led framework migrations, and translated client needs into production-grade architectures while mentoring small teams. Known for cutting agency bloat, he focuses on high-performance backends and practical LLM integrations to automate and enhance user experiences.
