Top SchoolBassam Tantawi is a senior technology leader and hands-on engineer with 18+ years driving digital transformation, AI adoption, and large-scale software delivery across global markets. Currently leading Support Engineering at Botpress and running AI consulting through Hekaduo, he blends strategic architecture with day-to-day product and customer-facing execution. He has a track record of delivering multimillion-dollar chatbot and GenAI projects, improving platform stability and operational workflows, and shipping internal AI agents that slashed routine task times dramatically. Known for building cross-functional teams and tooling—everything from GenAI labeling systems to AWS-backed enrichment pipelines—he’s equally comfortable in pre-sales, professional services, and ops. His pragmatic, customer-first approach is paired with operational discipline: standardized delivery templates, CI/CD, and metrics-driven support processes. Based in Cairo, he often merges boutique consulting agility with enterprise-grade delivery, helping clients in Canada, Brazil, the Middle East and beyond turn AI experiments into measurable outcomes.
