Top SchoolBeata Zima is a Senior Product Engineer with 11 years of full-stack experience, currently shaping product and front-end at Attio from Krakow. She blends deep front-end expertise (React, TypeScript, Next.js) with back-end, API and infrastructure skills, and pairs technical delivery with formal UI/UX training to drive product decisions from discovery through implementation. Her background includes leading front-end architecture for medical and healthcare platforms, building real-time Elixir apps and mentoring teams on React and TypeScript at scale. Beata’s practice emphasizes research-driven design—she has led UX interviews, prototyping and proof-of-concept analytics dashboards—so she often bridges the gap between designers, engineers and stakeholders. Outside work she channels creativity into arts and animal advocacy, a trait that informs her collaborative, empathetic approach to product development.
