Top SchoolBeatrice Trinidad is a Senior Product Designer with 11 years of experience crafting human-centered, AI-enabled enterprise tools and support systems. She has led design for large-scale support platforms at IBM—impacting 25,000+ agents and over 2 million clients—and recently transitioned to Verizon to continue shaping product experiences at scale. Her work combines service design and operational efficiency (TEL workshops and blueprints) with hands-on UX and adaptive UI design that reduced time-to-resolution and improved case handling metrics. Trained in HCI and accessible interaction across programs in Madrid and Paris, she brings a research-driven approach informed by field studies, clinical HCI research, and iterative product shipping for startups and global enterprises. An uncommon strength is her fluency across the full delivery lifecycle—from executive workshops and service blueprints to Salesforce layout design and agent-centered AI tooling—enabling measurable business outcomes in complex technical support ecosystems.
