Beatriz Plutarco is an iOS software engineer based in São Paulo with eight years of experience designing, refactoring and scaling mobile apps across finance, health and consumer platforms. She has shipped features and led technical refinements at companies like PicPay, XP Inc. and Afya, with hands-on expertise in Swift, VIPER architectures, native–Flutter integrations and automated regression testing. Beatriz pairs feature delivery with mentoring and onboarding, advocating unit testing, accessibility and sustainable code reviews to reduce contact rates and ease difficult refactors. Her background includes migrating large apps across Swift versions and platform targets (iOS, watchOS, tvOS), and she brings a practical UX mindset from Apple Developer Academy training. Notably, she combines production work with teaching experience as an iOS mentor, making her equally comfortable shipping code and growing teams.
