Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolBeau Bouchard is a freelance software engineer with 14 years of experience specializing in backend API development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems for eCommerce and media companies. He has led platform and migration efforts—dismantling monoliths into containerized microservices, internationalizing platforms, and standardizing service templates—using Node/TypeScript, PHP, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/GCP. Beau blends hands-on engineering with platform thinking, building robust CI/CD, monitoring, and automation to move teams into next-generation cloud environments. He has mentored engineers in GraphQL and cloud practices at companies like Bombas, SoulCycle, and EnergySage, and co-founded a small agency that supported product lifecycles end-to-end. An uncommon strength is his knack for turning chaotic legacy codebases into predictable, maintainable platforms that accelerate business goals.
