Top SchoolBeau Lyddon is a Principal Engineer and seasoned technology leader with 14+ years building scalable, cloud-native systems and high-performing engineering organizations. He blends hands-on architecture and product-minded engineering—recently shaping generative AI tooling at Workday with a React/Node prompt studio and middleware that connects product teams to LLM APIs. A former co-founder of Real Kinetic, he has deep experience helping companies transition to DevOps, multi-tenant cloud architectures, and observability-driven operations while coaching leaders on OKRs and team-building. At Workiva he led the shift from quarterly releases to continuous delivery, built a microservice platform and a patent-backed distributed calculation service, demonstrating both technical depth and operational rigor. Based in Longmont, Colorado, Beau is equally passionate about mentoring engineers as he is about shipping pragmatic solutions that scale.
