Top SchoolBecca James is a delivery and product portfolio leader with 11 years of experience helping government teams ship mission-driven software using human-centered design, Lean Startup, and agile practices. Based in Washington, DC, she has scaled product organizations, mentored and hired product managers, and influenced portfolio strategy to secure and continuously deploy mission-critical applications. She’s led teams at VMware, Broadcom, and Rise8 to deliver MVPs that embedded user research into prioritization and unlocked contract extensions through strong client relationships.
