Senior🎓
Top SchoolBek Masharipov is a Senior Software Engineer based in Prague with nine years of experience building reliable, scalable systems, most often using .NET but comfortable across stacks. At Alza.cz he stabilized an unstable pricing system, architected a microservice platform with a self-service UI, and drove it to production scale—earning a rapid promotion to senior within 18 months. Prior freelance work on Upwork spans industrial automation, real-time 3D visualization, PLC integration, and retail POS improvements, showing strength in both embedded and enterprise software. He blends hands-on development with technical strategy and team coordination, frequently translating operational pain points into automated, high-throughput services. Bek holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science from the Czech Technical University and brings a practical, systems-oriented mindset informed by real-time and hardware-integrated projects. An aspect that’s not obvious from the title: he routinely bridges PLC/microcontroller ecosystems with cloud-backed services, enabling end-to-end solutions from device to dashboard.
