Ben Bradshaw is a data science leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling teams that translate novel data sources into actionable products for health and biopharma customers. Based in Santa Barbara, he has progressed through technical and leadership roles at Evidation—moving from junior data scientist to Senior Director—and now leads data science at Musubi, combining R&D, product development, and operational analytics. His work spans predictive modeling with wearable and consumer data, product-driven experimentation to boost engagement, and commercial measurement to unlock partnerships. He brings an economist’s rigor from early research roles at the Federal Reserve and UC San Diego, and a pragmatic product focus honed at Guild Education and Teach For America. Notably, Ben pairs deep empirical skill with experience translating complex analyses into clear business and product decisions, making technical work immediately usable for cross-functional teams. Outside of data work he’s carried competitive-team discipline from years on the U-23 national cycling team into leading high-performing science teams.
