Senior🎓
Top SchoolBen Kalsky is a founder and CEO with over a decade of hands-on experience turning WordPress and front-end websites into measurable growth engines for tech, SaaS, and e‑commerce companies, primarily in the Israeli market. As CEO of Digitizer he leads end-to-end web projects—UX/UI, development, infrastructure, security and automation—helping startups like Reposify and Deci scale through improved site performance and convertibility. He combines a UX designer’s eye with frontend and webmaster expertise, making him equally comfortable refining user flows and hardening back-end systems. Known for tailoring solutions to CEOs and CMOs of sub‑100 employee companies, he focuses on practical, long-term scalability rather than one-off fixes. An early background in photography and arts education gives him a distinctive visual sensibility that informs his product-first approach.
