Top SchoolBen Mckibben is a Senior Web Developer with 11 years of hands-on experience building full-stack web applications, primarily using Ruby on Rails, ColdFusion, and modern front-end technologies. He has delivered production systems across healthcare, non-profit, and education sectors—ranging from real-time radiology workflow monitors and scheduling tools to grant application workflows and high-velocity marketing sites. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs database design and search (MySQL, Elasticsearch/SOLR) with AWS deployment and automated, HIPAA-aware operations. His MBA in MIS informs a pragmatic approach to translating business needs into maintainable, auditable systems and estimates. Colleagues know him as a thin-client enthusiast who favors lightweight, efficient web applications that move quickly from prototype to production. Based in Greenwood, Indiana, he brings a steady mix of technical depth and business-focused delivery.
