He progressed rapidly through roles from Database Programmer and Data Processing Manager to his current UX position, combining practical back-end data work with polished user interfaces. Based in Pittsburgh, he brings a strong operational mindset shaped by earlier roles in fraud prevention and hospitality, where attention to detail and customer-facing problem solving were essential.
