Top SchoolBen Parisot is a founding engineer and CEO with 16 years of engineering experience and a 9-year track record leading full-stack teams to predictable delivery across startups and client services. He combines deep hands-on expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL with a growing specialty in AI-augmented development—building MCP servers, multi-agent coding workflows, custom Skills/plugins, and RAG integrations. At Scrubby he designed an AI-powered codebase intelligence platform that surfaces unwritten repo conventions to both developers and AI agents, closing a common gap in agentic coding workflows. As a former engineering manager at Planet Argon he scaled distributed teams, instituted measurable delivery improvements, and created tooling (VS Code extensions, Claude Code Skills) that tangibly reduced developer friction. A clear communicator and coach, he’s passionate about high-trust engineering cultures and is a proud LGBTQ+ advocate bringing representation and inclusive leadership to technical teams.
