Top SchoolBen Radcliffe is a Product Design Lead with 13 years of experience designing scalable, research-driven digital products and design systems for large enterprises. He leads cross-functional teams to build and maintain robust design systems—most recently Apollo at AmerisourceBergen—and ensures consistency, accessibility, and developer-friendly implementation across products. Equally comfortable sketching interaction patterns and writing HTML/CSS/JS, he blends product design sensibility with front-end technical fluency to close the gap between vision and execution. His background in molecular biology and early bioinformatics roles gives him a data-minded approach to problem framing and quality assurance that informs his user-centered work. Based in Carrollton, Texas, Ben is known for curating sustainable patterns, acting as the gatekeeper for system additions, and turning bold visions into practical, testable components.
