Senior🎓
Top SchoolBen Weeks is a seasoned digital transformation leader and "Chief Builder" with nearly a decade of focused experience modernising organisations through Agile, DevOps, low-code/no-code and AI—frequently using the Microsoft Azure and Power Platform stack. He blends hands-on engineering and UX sensibility (contributing UI improvements to the iOS nostr client Damus) with a track record of reducing regulatory risk and operational friction for clients across finance, utilities and government. Ben has led cross-functional teams, launched Innovation-as-a-Service models, and helped organisations adopt cryptocurrencies and Lightning custody strategies, showing a willingness to combine pragmatic delivery with emerging tech. Based in Greater Cambridge, he pairs a physics background and Cambridge Judge training with a builder’s mindset that treats continuous measurement and people-process-technology optimisation as the fastest route to lasting change.
