Top SchoolBen Weis is a founder and seasoned software engineer with 11 years of experience building user-focused cloud and web products at companies like Google, Cisco Meraki, Rippling, and Salesforce. He’s shipped core editing platform features for Docs/Sheets/Slides at Google, contributed to Meraki Dashboard and Insight for improved customer retention, and moves fluidly between front-end (Tailwind, responsive UIs) and back-end (Node.js, APIs) work. A Purdue CS graduate and long-time FIRST robotics mentor, he blends hands-on engineering with a passion for teaching and community impact. Now leading a stealth startup out of New York, he pairs product-minded engineering with a track record of launching impactful features at scale. An amusing but telling detail: he describes himself on GitHub as a “Burrito Enthusiast,” hinting at a practical, unpretentious approach to problem solving.
