Top SchoolBendev Junior is a pragmatic technical leader from Mato Grosso, Brazil with nine years of experience building web and automation solutions across startups and enterprises. He has led multiple squads and tech efforts—most recently as Líder Técnico at DM—after steering AI and blockchain-enabled automation projects as Tech Lead at Biti9. His background spans full-stack development, founding and scaling small studios, and hands-on roles in companies like Zup, Iteris and MF Press, with frequent use of React, Next.js, PHP/Laravel and cloud-native patterns. An active member of the Python community and the Python Software Foundation, he pairs mentorship and delivery discipline with a founder’s instinct for productizing custom solutions. Less obvious: he transitions seamlessly between legacy-system maintenance and modern stacks, making him effective at both accelerating delivery and lifting engineering practices.
