Top SchoolBenedikt Volkmer is a Machine Learning Researcher with 11 years of experience, currently based in Cologne, who blends R&D rigor with product-focused engineering across robotics, telecommunications (5G/6G) and generative AI for fashion. He has driven projects end-to-end—from early prototyping to scalable, cloud-hosted deployments—leading the AI stack at Stoodio.AI and architecting generative solutions for the fashion industry. Comfortable with ML ops and AWS, he translates academic grounding from Bielefeld University into production-ready systems and teams. Notably, his background in visual homing research and teaching systems-level courses gives him a rare mix of theoretical insight and low-level implementation skill that informs his applied ML work.
