Top SchoolBenjamin Cowley is a backend-focused Software Developer II with eight years of experience building and maintaining reliable web and call-center systems across hosting and telecom domains. Currently at Rackspace Technology, he brings a strong integration pedigree from roles at Newfold Digital and Response Marketing Group, working with Perl, Python, LAMP stacks, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs. He’s experienced in optimizing workforce and dialer systems, having both administered predictive dialers and led small operations teams to connect telephony platforms with external CRMs. Comfortable across full-stack work, he pairs backend engineering with front-end React experience and a practical eye for operational reliability. Based in Utah, he’s also a self-described “pizzafarian” and game master—traits that hint at a collaborative, playful approach to problem solving.
