Top SchoolBenjamin DANIEL is a Lead Back-end Developer with 11 years of experience building scalable, high-throughput web systems, currently working on a CRM for real estate and previously leading technical efforts on a large e-commerce Catalogue product. He specializes in Node.js/TypeScript and Angular, and has a strong background in architecture design, CQRS patterns, high-volume data processing and resilient microservices backed by MongoDB and ElasticSearch. As technical lead at Neo9 he modernized open-source libraries, introduced testing and CI practices, and optimized processing pipelines that handle tens of millions of categorizations and complex import connectors. He prefers small, collaborative teams where he can have direct impact and is now seeking to apply his skills outside e-commerce in domains like rail or renewable energy to work on more sustainable, industry-critical projects. He also contributes to internal open-source tooling and values pragmatic, maintainable solutions that balance performance and developer productivity. His early experience in Java and systems work (including a hands-on SNCF stage) gives him both legacy-system empathy and operational rigor.
