Top SchoolBenjamin Fajić is a Team Lead and seasoned software engineer with nine years of experience building full-stack, cloud-native applications from Sarajevo. He leads teams at symphony.is while also contributing as an engineer at Toptal, shaping a pay-as-you-go platform serving over a million customers with Java/Spring Boot microservices and an Angular front end. Comfortable across Java, PHP (Laravel), Vue.js and modern DevOps, he designs systems deployed on AWS with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Benjamin has hands-on experience taking projects from greenfield to production—handling infrastructure, database design and even product-level decisions on smaller engagements. His academic background in Computer Science and prior role teaching numerical methods suggest a strong analytical foundation behind his engineering judgment. Colleagues would note his blend of pragmatic full-stack craftsmanship and a willingness to tackle both team leadership and deep technical implementation.
