Top SchoolBenjamin Forster is a data-driven analytics leader with 11 years of experience applying BI and evaluation to improve outcomes for chronic-health populations. Based in Brunswick, Maine, he now leads Business Intelligence & Health Analytics at Vida Health, managing cross-functional analyst teams across Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Member Engagement while shaping executive-grade, defensible metrics. He has a strong track record of operational impact—integrating LLM/AI into analytics, halving monthly data costs through engineering improvements, and shepherding major BI migrations and data model rollouts. Ben blends rigorous econometrics training from Tufts with hands-on analytics engineering (DBT, Looker) to drive growth and product decisions. Colleagues describe him as a practitioner who builds evaluative analytics culture and frames problems so teams can act reliably on data. He’s equally comfortable optimizing pipelines as he is translating complex clinical and business signals into clear strategic recommendations.
