Top SchoolBenjamin Granados is a Principal Community Strategist focused on accelerating AI adoption through developer ecosystems, bringing two decades of engineering and API leadership to roles at Santander, Postman, Celonis and as a current AI community lead at Santander. He blends hands-on API governance and program management with community-building—having scaled Santander’s developer community to 20k+ members and grown JSON Schema’s community engagement dramatically via adopter, ambassador, and sponsorship programs. A regular speaker and MIT learning facilitator, he pairs practical product and platform experience (developer portals, marketplaces, API SDLC) with mentorship in programs like Google Summer of Code. Notably, he operates at the intersection of open source, DevRel and enterprise transformation, making technical roadmaps and cultural change move in sync. Based in Madrid, he balances technical depth with a people-first approach and a lifelong habit of continuous learning.
