Top SchoolBenjamin Kleynhans is a Senior Backend Engineer based in Rochester, NY with a focused track record of building robust enterprise systems using C#, .NET, SQL, and extensible architecture patterns. Over the past several years he has driven backend modernization efforts—designing .NET 8 service architectures, implementing dependency injection and repository patterns, and publishing shared libraries to NuGet to accelerate team delivery. He pairs hands-on SQL expertise (stored procedures, functions, performance tuning) with pragmatic Dev-driven documentation and SOPs, and frequently mentors junior developers in clean code and design principles. His background spans embedded and low-power data collection at RIT to instrument control in C++ and Python, giving him an uncommon appreciation for constrained environments as well as large-scale enterprise integrations. Known for turning last-minute deployment requests into stable solutions, he blends operational calm with an engineer’s attention to detail.
